CEES Coldham Wind Farm:
Coldham Wind Farm is situated in Fenland on a large arable farm near March.
The Energy Works programme, based at the well- equipped education centre used by CEES at Coldham, includes a visit to the wind turbines as well as optional workshops including investigative activities using mini renewable energy kits and design and technology sessions.
Supported by Fenland District Council, The Co-operative Group and Scottish Power Renewables, Energy Works programmes from KS2 to KS3, 4 and 5 are available free of charge to schools.
Thanks to an exciting partnership with The Co-operative Group, Fenland District Council and ScottishPower Renewables, CEES’ newest Centre is now open at Coldham near March.
